Is it possible to set a glowing color to a textured surface via command?
For example: I know that in redeclipse you can set a glowcolor with the command: "/vshaderparam glowcolor (R) (G) (B)" which creates a 3d glowing effect.
Is it possible to do this in the tesseract engine?

These same shader params are available in Tesseract as well, yes.
As for whether it creates a 3D glowing effect.. I think that's what glow does :P
