Hi all, im new

Hi everybody,
I´m new in this forum. I have been testing Cube 2, Red Eclipse, Platinum Arts and Tesseract since a few months, and I´m doing a map that I want to share with you all when it´s finished but I need help.
How can i take a screenshot in Tesseract? I tried with F12 but it does nothing.
How can i help with models? Characters and others things.
