Tweaking cvars to get Q3 movement?

I'm setting up a server that aims to be more competitive and similar to Q3. I've been trying to tweak a few cvars to get Q3 movement, or CPMA movement, but no luck. Does anyone know which cvars I can tweak to get this player movement?

I don't think you can do that. You would need to change the source. But what exactly, I can't help. :(
