A friend and I have been working on recreating Narrows from Halo 3 for the past 3 weeks. It's not perfect but I feel like it's pretty damn close.
I'll to keep a server up on 50.148.228.4 with the map up and running on pCTF.
DOWNLOAD Narrows104.ogz (last updated 6/2/2014 @ 1:14am)
Special thanks to everyone in the IRC for wiping the tears from my face when I was lost.

Floors look a bit blank, but otherwise great work!

How did you make those lit up textures?

Most likely vcolored glowy texture.

Well the texture has to built in since he posted a .ogz, so it was probably set in the editor with: vcolor R G B ?
I feel like such a n00b, then again I am when it comes to map editing.

I used vcolor and similar colored lighting to achieve the effect.

Your use of particles is insane (low FPS). Please use lights or water with no refraction to make volumetric fog.

This is an awesome looking map but in DM mode there's only one spawn so the bots spawn kill one another.

Yeah this was the only way I could achieve the effect I wanted... but I'm def going to try out your method tonight! Thx!

The map was created with CTF in mind but I can add some regular DM spawns when I change the fog for the next version.
I'm also going to add a waterfall behind blue base at some point...
Version 1.05 is in the near future...

There are some nice waterfall models in Sauerbraten (map bt_falls) but I dunno if they'll work well in Tesseract.
Also very nice map! I like your trick with hiding light entity into geometry. Just the mountains look too rough, unnatural.
