Error "could not create server host"

Good day everyone!

In the last few days I was trying to set up an online server for a few friends of mine.
The problem here is when I uncomment the line with the optional server IP and set a value in the server.init.cfg file and then start the server.bat, an error window shows up with the message "could not create server host".
But when I leave it as a comment, the server.bat starts just fine.

Thanks in advance and I hope you can help me out of this.

Don't use that unless you're on a multi-IP machine that requires it and you're sure both IPs actually work.
