Create proper TIF file on Windows

Hello,

I've just downloaded a sample tesseract project on .Net. There is a sample image in this solution which is properly loaded by sample .Net code and recognizes the text. When I try to prepare my own tiff with a different language, Pix.LoadFromFile() return an error that it failed to load image. Even if I just open working sample TIF and makes just SaveAs, it doesn't work. Is there any proper post or informaton on how exactly TIF should be created for Tesseract using Windows OS? I've Windows 10. I've even tried to open this TIF in MaxOS and just SaveAs this file, and it does't work. Seems that TIF that provided in a sample has some properties that I couldn't get. Is there any idea?

I suggest you click on the "Tesseract Home" link on the top of the forums and then come back and tell us what you see :P

Sorry, I don't understand what you mean :) Did you download Tesseract from this website?

EDIT: I see what you mean. You are using .NET to try loading a TIF file and it doesn't work.

If you are exporting image files from tesseract. Try using png then convert them to what ever you want. The export of both video and images can be odd and create odd errors (at least from my experience) this is amplified if you are getting low frame rate.
