menus, hud etc

How to change for menus, hud etc. ?
Where is tools for change UI and where is download ?

visual or logic

visual is mostly declared in config/ui (ui stands for user interface aka menus and hud), style.cfg similar to a css file it declares the basic colors styles padding etc.

Logic is in the other files save lib.cfg which is kinda a index of all the basic functionality that is generally shared (similar to a js file)
