Time-Lapse video map creation

Me attempting to make a map while recording time-lapse style:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sjggDdFcbRc

I used the ingame movie command, /movieh 720 /moview 480 /moviefps 1 /moviesound 0
It worked pretty well, was kinda laggy but good enough for editing. I kinda wanna make a cubescript to just take a screenshot every n seconds, seems safer and easier to me. I also wanna get several people coop editing and get each person to timelapse record their perspective like this, and splitscreen the perspectives in sync, then record them playing the map, 'twould be cool.

I sped it up, so i think it was 48 seconds per frame which is a bit much, but i wanted a short video. 1 fps (half this video's speed) is probably a decent choice but watch your hard drive space.

Nice video. ImNotQ009 is right, you should slow it down. You can't really see the map grow, it all happens too fast.
