Gandar

Hey everyone! So I found this game the other day and I am super impressed with the editing engine. I use to do Halo Forge all the time and this just seems way super cool.

So this is my first official map and it is called Gandar. It supports DM, TDM, and CTF. I hope you guys like it and enjoy.

I would really love some feedback on it too!

I am going to try to make a video series on how to actually do editing mode :)

Re: Gandar

I've also been testing it and noticed that 2 spawns spawn off the map, lol. I'm about to upload a new version.

I could probably do a tad more if there was a better tutorial xD I watched that one person's tutorial series and it taught me almost nothing, lol. Learned more from pressing random keys.

Sidenote: Do you know why there are only like 6 servers? or am I missing servers?

Thanks!

Re: Gandar

You need to set up waypoints, so the bots can walk around.
/dropwaypoints 1 and walk around the entire map, then /dropwaypoints 0 , /savewaypoints .
That way when you add bots, they will work as expected.

Oh yeah, and welcome to Tesseract :)  .

Re: Gandar

When you drop waypoints, be sure to:

- only jump when needed,
- cover all playerstarts (else bots may stay stuck there),
- not do risky stuff (like jumping over lava),
- cover all the areas finely (bots should always have at least 2 paths available, never only 1).
