Bug: Win32 Exception: 0xc0000005 [0xf001228b] & how to fix it

I just ran into this weird bug and I noticed it only happens when I have FRAPS opened so if anyone is getting this error message it's related to FRAPS, Quit that and it should work again. This should be handy for the devs as well to try and solve it.

Unless there was a backtrace with it, that's too generic for me to determine anything about it. Sorry.

For your information, Tesseract already displays FPS, can take screenshots and record uncompressed movies using the /movie <name> command. /movie with no arguments stops the recording.

I have the same error if i start the game (*.bat) normally and if i start the tesseract.exe manuelly it says core not found(but i believe  that's because it gets the core with the *.bat data file). Please tell me a solution quick. Thanks

You're not supposed to use the .exe directly since arguments are passed to it through the .bat

It would also make no difference if you were to start the .exe directly so don't think it will somehow magically fix your issue.
