md5color?

Is there any documentation on tesseract-specific model cfg? For example, md5color does not exist in cube:

http://sauerbraten.org/docs/models.html

md5load in tesseract also accepts a third parameter:

"md5load "model.md5mesh" player 180"

What is that?
